Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Placement of the storm line AI-8 to AI-10 continued and sewer lines 1.8 to 3.0 was completed today.  Density testing was not performed today due to backfilling and compaction not yet completed.
