Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Backfilling of the storm line AI-9 to AI-10 and sewer lines BH2 to BH3 continued today.  Compaction equipment suffered a breakdown during lift placement and will be continued tomorrow.
