Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes and material submittals.
The following observations were observed on the site this day.

• The placement and compaction of backfill soils for Lots #89 to #97 was completed with 1-foot lifts being placed and compacted using a sheeps-foot (CP54B), (RA30), (D61PX) and (CAT330) compactor.
• Construction and placement of concrete curbing for Lots #62 to #97 was completed.
• Excavation of utility trenches for placement and installation of sewer lines and manholes progressed.
• Installation and placement of sewer lines and manhole SSA5, SS-P-B1 and SS-P-B2 progressed.
