Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Placement of fill for the amenities area, including the tennis courts, pool area and clubhouse was completed today (to finished grade).

Compaction was completed with final testing performed using a proof-roll with a tandem-axled dump truck to verify subgrade stability.   No severe pumping and/or rutting was observed during proof-rolling.
