Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival, our representative observed that the site was still saturated from recent inclement weather.  Several compaction tests were performed on Lots #77 and #119 to check for in-situ density and moisture contents using a nuclear density gauge.  All moisture contents obtained were over 30 percent and it was decided that the site was too wet to perform grading activities today.  Contractor elected to place some soils in greenbelt areas (non-structural).
