Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival and following one inch of rain, the site was deemed to wet and muddy to perform grading activities this day.  The grading contractor agreed and filling/backfilling terminated for the day.
