Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival our representative found the site to still be wet and muddy with another 2 inches of recent rains.  With overcast, windy and chilly conditions, it was deemed that the site would not dry out for a few days.  Following a discussion, the grading contractor elected to put off work for a few days to allow the site to dry out.
