Observations/Finding

The aforementioned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Blasting Data
Blasting operations took place along the trench running from Lot #192 south toward Lot #184. This trench had a pay width of 8 feet and included two separate laterals: Lot #186 and Lot #141.
The trench covered an area of 2,256 square feet, with a total rock volume of 621.22 cubic yards blasted. The operation proceeded smoothly, was executed efficiently, and made significant progress toward the project timeline.
