Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Observed the placement of fill/grading for Lots #26 through #31 today. The results displayed very high moisture contents (resulting in low compaction). The superintendent was informed to scarify and aerate surficial wet soils then recompact. Results are attached in separate reports.

Sewer lines between Manholes E3 & E4 and A14 & A15 were backfilled and compacted today.
