Site Visit Report – Cottages at Villa Rica

The AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Drilling Data:

Drilling continued today in the northwest corner, just south of Lot #41. Previously drilled holes required cleaning due to groundwater infiltration, and plastic PVC was inserted into the holes to maintain their integrity. Following this, new holes were drilled in alignment with the existing trench pattern along the main sewer line, south of Lot #41 and north of Lot #40. Additionally, a lateral was drilled off the center of the trench toward Lot #41.

These efforts are part of Precision Blasting’s ongoing work to break up the small trench rock section in the northwest corner of the Cottages at Villa Rica. The operations appeared to have proceeded as planned.
