Site Visit Report – Cottages at Villa Rica

An AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the Cottages at Villa Rica site to monitor drilling and rock removal operations. The contractor performing the work was Precision Blasting. The following observations were made on-site:

Blasting Data:

Blasting operations took place today in the northeast corner of the development between Lot #53 and Lot #54 using a mass rock pattern. The total blasted area was 1,944 square feet, with a calculated rock volume of 477.36 cubic yards. The average hole depth was 6.63 feet.

These efforts are part of Precision Blasting’s ongoing work to break up the small trench rock section in the northwest corner of the Cottages at Villa Rica.
