Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Upon arrival on site, our representative found the site too wet to perform grading activities.  After a discussion, the grading contractor decided to scarify and aerate surficial soils for the rest of the day.
