Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Seven Hills: Amenities

• Upon arrival, the contractor began cutting the roadway using a Komatsu PC 360LC to facilitate the placement of curbing and Graded Aggregate Base (GAB) on both sides of the roadway. The excavated material was transported using tandem-axled dump trucks to the Pickleball court. Dozing operations were carried out with a Komatsu D85EX, followed by compaction performed using a CAT 563E.
• Curb concrete work commenced near the roadway down the slope of the site.
