Observations/Finding

Our AS Engineering & Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:

Observed a proof-roll for the approximate location for Lots #115, #116, #122 and #123 (according to the Phase 1 plans) today. Results of the proof-roll displayed no severe pumping and/or rutting prior to the placement of fill.  Due to equipment malfunctions, no fill was placed or compacted today.
