Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Work has continued behind Lots #225-230. The contractor has made progress in the preparation of the retaining wall foundation.

The construction of the retaining wall has commenced, with the first course of the wall successfully laid using DMDPro Strilface Gray blocks along Lots #225-230. The alignment, setting, and securing of the initial layer have been completed. Beneath the first layer of the retaining wall, a compacted base of No. #57 stone has been placed.
