Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the project site to perform quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation methods were utilized to assess compliance with the project drawings and specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.

Observations Noted on Site:

• Construction activity was ongoing along the stormwater trench extending from MHA0 to MHA1 and MHA2.

• The contractor was installing 18-inch stormwater piping and placing No. #57 stone around the pipe.

• Drilling operations for the stormwater trench between MHA0 and MHB1 were also in progress and continued throughout the day.

• At the time of the visit, the site was not prepared for density testing.
