Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited on the above date by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative to provide quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and approved materials. The following observations were made on site during the visit:

• The grading contractor was observed performing undercut operations at the bottom of the former detention pond area.

• As part of the stabilization procedure, six (6) truckloads of broken concrete debris were placed in the bottom of the excavation.

• This stabilization work was completed in preparation for placing structural fill to support Lots 95 and 96, in accordance with the project recommendations.
