Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor (Wilbanks) for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill.  Grass seed/hay has been spread across multiple lots that are at finished grade throughout the entire site.

The contractor continued placing fill, in approximate 8 to 12 inches in thickness, across Lots #137 through #139 and lots #156 through #158. Our representative performed density testing in these areas and provided all test results to the contractor. The contractor excavated materials from approximate Lots #40 through #50 for these fill areas.
