Observations/Finding

As requested, our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative visited the site to provide quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings and specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals. The following observations were made on site during this visit:

Work was in progress on the water line at the entrance, as well as in the parking lots and on the slope. No testing was performed on this day. One crew was excavating the water line trench and drilling through rock, while a second crew was leveling the parking lots and continuing work on the slope.
