Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to perform quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals. The following observations were made during the site visit:

Continued proof-rolling of roadway areas and DCP testing on this day.

A proof-roll was continued on the road (location is shown in pictures) using a fully loaded tandem-axle dump truck. Multiple passes were made across the area. No significant yielding or deflection was observed during the proof-roll.

The proof-roll was observed by our representative, David Howell with Baldwin paving, Mike Keemer with Paulding DOT, and Goerge from CCG.
