Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our representative found that the soils from the roadways around the west side of the project matched the field proctor that had been performed on the jobsite previously and that the roadways were compacted to job specifications based on the field proctor. A proof-roll was performed for the lower lots of the east side of the project and found that the fill placed was found to be stable under a loaded tandem-axled dump truck.
