Observations/Finding

As requested, a representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to perform quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were used to verify compliance with the project drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.

During the site visit, the contractor mortared the pipes into the drainage box and tied in the gutter downspouts to the box. Hydroseeding was also performed using a mix of lovegrass, clover, and fescue. Additionally, hand compactors were used to compact the soil around the house.
