Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor (Wilbanks) for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. The contractor placed fill on Lots #57 through #60. Fill was placed in approximately 8 in-10 in lifts and compacted with a sheep-foot roller and loaded off road trucks. These lots were density tested and all test results were provided to the contractor. Lot #170 was tested and showed failing tests. The contractor will work to fix this lot on the next available workday.

Pavers appear to be actively paving the main entrance to the site.
