Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested and observed the grading contractor continue placing fill for the building pads and storm line trenches. Storm line trenches between 7.1, B2 and B2.1 were continued today. The contractor used soils from cut areas across the site. Density tests were performed using a Troxler nuclear gauge model3430, serial no. 38069.  Results are attached.

Proof-rolling of Lots #62 through #72 was performed using a loaded tandem-axled dump truck.  No severe pumping/rutting was observed.
