Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative visited the above site to observe proof-rolling of the subbase stone at the drive entrance and exit lanes. The proof-roll was observed by using a loaded tandem dump truck making two passes over all areas. The writer along with a member from NWGP and Paulding County observed the proof-roll. No severe pumping/rutting was observed under truck traffic.
