Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our AS engineering and consultant made a site visit to observe work activities and to discuss with grading contractor future plans for fill placement at phase 2. Also discussed completing building pads and stabilizing areas with grassing. The writer also scheduled for a technician to come out and observe fill placement at the roadway and to observe drilling operations.
