Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. Contractors began filling the deceleration lane by the entrance. This area was proof-rolled previously by Mr. Clyde Smith (ASEC). Density testing was performed and test results were provided to the contractor. A field proctor was performed on the material located at the bottom of retention pond (by the deceleration lane). This material appears to be different from the initial sample taken to the lab for a moisture-density relationship (proctor).
