Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

The crew began work at location SD3-B for the pond, where they cleared the site, including the removal of trees, roots, and debris, and stockpiled the cleared materials in a designated area for disposal.

A proof-roll was performed between Buildings #15 through #19.  No visible severe movement, rutting, or pumping was observed during testing.

In addition, test pits were excavated as per the plan at locations X6 through X13 to verify existing soil conditions and utility alignments.  A separate report of test pit results will be submitted at a later date.
