Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Crew resumed earthwork operations between Lots #39 and 40. Fill was placed in uniform lifts, with each lift maintained at an approximate thickness of 6–8 inches. The material was spread and leveled using a crawler bulldozer. After spreading, each lift was compacted using a sheep-foot roller.

Additionally, the crew continued topsoil stripping operations at Lots #49 through 53. Existing topsoil was cut and removed from the designated building pad areas. The stripped topsoil was then transported and utilized in the designated slope areas for final grading.
