Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above our representative was on site to observe the pipe contractor continue excavating between manholes #B-4 and B-5 to install 8″ PVC sanitary sewer line. Also continued backfilling sanitary sewer line between B-3 and B-5.

The blasting contractor continued drilling at Lots #43 and 42 planning for a blast on 3/9/26.

The paving contractor continued placing contract base stone at Naturewalk Boulevard between manholes #6 and 9 over recommended repaired subgrade areas.
