Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative was on site to observe the pipe contractor continue installing 8″ pvc sanitary sewer line between manholes #B9 and B10 as well as installing lateral clean outs to Lots #54, 56 and 57. Also observed backfilling between B8 and B9. Density tests were performed between manholes #8 and 9 using a Troxler Nuclear gauge model 3430, serial no. 91643.

The drilling contractor continued drilling today with two rigs.

The curbing contractor was on site and continued curbing placement at the lower side lane between sanitary sewer manholes #6 and 9.
