Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site to observe the contractor and for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. The grading crew is placing the last 2 feet of soil across the front lots by the entrance of the site. Density testing will be performed on the final grade.

The pipe crew is horizontal boring under the main roadway and installing storm line D-11 to D-12 to D-13. Soil lifts were placed approximately 12 inches in thickness and compacted using a vibrating sheep-foot roller. Density testing was performed, and test results were provided to the contractor.
