Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative met with our client Mr. Calvin Mcwain at Rosemary Landing to discuss observations required to issue building lot certifications for Lots #1073, 1074 and 1083. It was recommended to have DCP tests performed (dynamic cone penetrometer) on all lots in question. One lot has been stripped of vegetation, and the remaining two lots are still grassed.
