Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the
purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were
employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor for the
observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. A proof roll was conducted on the roadways of the site. A loaded tandem truck was used to conduct the proof roll. There were no severe signs of pumping or cracking present. The contractor will be installing GAB over the next few workdays. The county requested density testing of the GAB approx. every 500ft, so a grab sample of GAB was taken to the lab for a proctor. We the contractors contact ASEC, we will be back onsite to proof roll the GAB and density test.
