Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site to observe the contractor and for the observation/testing of the placement of concrete. The contractors placed approximately 37 cubic yards of concrete for the cart path and raised island of the bridge. Concrete testing was performed and test results were provided to the contractor. The sample was taken from the second truck (approximately at 18 cubic yards) pouring at the west end of the cart path at approximately 8:05am. A set of 6 cylinders were cast and stored on site. The cylinders will be transferred to the lab on the following day.

We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project. If you have any questions regarding this report, please feel free to contact us. We will be more than happy to discuss it with you.
