Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site to observe the contractor and for the observation/testing of the placement of fill/backfill. The contractor continued placing soil lifts of approximately 8 to 12 inches thick across the lots located in the cul-de-sac of phase 3a. Lifts were compacted with a sheep-foot roller. Density testing will be performed on the final grade of the lots due to the contractor being with-in 1 foot from final grade.

ASEC picked up the concrete cylinders from the bridge and transferred to the lab for curing.
