Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

DCP testing was performed at Lots 75-26 and 12-18.

Lot 75-26

DCP Test 1 – Light red sandy silt

1 ft – 11 blows
2 ft – 8 blows Light brown silty sand
3 ft – 7 blows
4 ft – 6 blows

DCP Test 2 – Light red silty sand

1 ft – 10 blows
2 ft – 9 blows
3 ft – 8 blows
4 ft – 8 blows

Lot 12-18

DCP Test 1 – Red silty clayey sand

1 ft – 12 blows
2 ft – 10 blows
3 ft – 10 blows
4 ft – 9 blows

DCP Test 2 – Red silty clayey sand

1 ft – 10 blows
2 ft – 9 blows
3 ft – 8 blows
