Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative observed the grading contractor Thompson continue placing fill for the roadway between sanitary sewer manhole #Z18 and Z20 using fill excavated from borrow pit #2, south of building Lot #24. The contractor also placed fill at building Lot #10 and 15. Density tests were performed using a Troxler Nuclear gauge model 3430, serial no. 91643.

The retaining wall contractor RWS installed electrical conduits at east and west sides of the bridge .

The paving contractor NWGP was on site and continued subgrade preparation at Nature Walk Parkway between sanitary sewer manhole #3 and the east side bridge abutment
