Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

On the above date our representative observed the paving contractor NWGP continue subbase preparation at Nature Walk Parkway at the west side of the bridge between sanitary sewer manhole #3 and the approach slab at the bridge. The contractor completed subbase preparation late evening and plans to complete the east side at the roundabout tomorrow.  The writer setup proof-rolling for 1:00 pm tomorrow.

The grading contractor Thompson continued demucking washed silt from the detention pond at Unit 4, Phase 2 using a long reach excavator placing materials at the rear slope of the amenity parking lot.
