<div class="zw-line-content"><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="70">On July 5th, 2022, Jared of AS Engineering and Consulting, LLC </span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="70">(ASEC) visited the site at the contractor's request to observe footing </span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="67">excavations for shallow footings for Lots #85 and 41</span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="75">. The excavation exposed stiff residual </span>silty fine sand in the base of the footings.  Reinforcing steel for both Lots #85 and 41 were observed to be placed according to job specifications for size, spacing and quantity.  The footing <span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="71">soils were found acceptable for </span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="53">an allowable soil bearing pressure of 2000 psf</span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="18">. Footing concrete </span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="71">should be placed before the onset of inclement weather. If footing soils become soft and/or wet</span><span class="zw-portion" data-text-len="75"> prior to concrete placement, ASEC should be contacted to revisit the </span>site.</div>
