The undersigned representative was present to</span> <span data-preserver-spaces="true">observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.</span> <span data-preserver-spaces="true">During the visit, the following observations were made:</span> <ol> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">The contractor placed 500 square feet of terrafabric in area F8. </span></li> <li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">One (1) load (26.77 tons) of No. 24 stone was placed atop the textile fabric in area F8. </span></li> </ol> <span data-preserver-spaces="true">Photo documentation and photo locations are included below: </span>
