Summary *

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the

request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to

observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>The contractor received thirty-two loads (32) of silty clay material in area H8 of the basement. </li>
 	<li>The contractor visually checked each load and removed any loose organic materials before placement. The organic materials pile is currently located at the base of the ramp.</li>
 	<li>The clay materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001</li>
