Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. During the visit, the following observations were made: <ol> <li>612 Yards (18 loads) of clay materials were received and placed in the basement stationed at a sections H7 and H8.</li> <li>The fill materials were placed and compacted in the basement in compliance with ITP-001.</li> <li>825B and crushed concrete were placed in sections H6 and G6 and compacted using CAT CS54B. The 825B was placed in compliance with ITP-003.</li> </ol> Photo documentation is included below:
