Observations/Finding

Summary *

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities.

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li> 774 Yards (43 loads) of clay material were received and placed in the basement at sections H7 and H8.</li>
 	<li>The fill material was placed and compacted in the basement in accordance with ITP-001.</li>
 	<li>825B and crushed concrete were placed in sections H6, G6, and F6, compacted using CAT CS54B, and proof-rolled using a tandem axle water truck. The proof-rolled area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.</li>
 	<li>During the proof roll, no significant rutting or deflection was revealed except in an area approximately 20-30 feet near the embankment adjacent to the intake canal in Baker's Creek. The area is highlighted in red on the attached drawing; these areas were marked on-site with white paint. This area is not acceptable for the placement of planned pavement.</li>
