Summary *

Our AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to observe, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>One thousand eight hundred and fifty-four (1854) cubic yards of fill materials were received and placed for lift four (4) in section 2 area G7 (drawing E720659) of the basement and lift seven (7) section one (1) area B7 (drawing E720661). The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001.</li>
 	<li>Five moisture content and density tests were performed in section 1, area B7 (E720661 S1 - R5); the testing locations are shown in purple in the attached drawing. Lift four is highlighted in green  and lift seven is highlighted in orange on the attached drawing. </li>
