Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Vidal Dias visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>One thousand eight hundred and ninety (1890) cubic yards of fill materials were received and placed for lift five (5) in section 2 area G7 (drawing E720659) of the basement, and lift eight (8) section one (1) area B7 (drawing E720661). The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in blue on the attached drawing. </li>
 	<li>Three moisture density tests were performed in section 1, area B7 (E720661 S1 - R5); the testing locations are marked on the attached drawing. </li>
 	<li>All three tests passed compaction and tests two and three were within optimum moisture. Test one was 1% below moisture; water was applied to the area. The section was retested, and moisture increased to 15%, which meets the specifications.</li>
