AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.) During the visit, the following observations were made: <ol> <li>Two hundred and three (203) tons of 825-B crushed stone were placed on the top of the west wall of basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-003, and the fill area is highlighted in brown on the attached drawing.</li> <li>On an account of rain, the placement of the fill material in the basement has been restricted due to excess saturation of the soil made an obstacle for compaction and crew work.</li> </ol>
