AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.) During the visit, the following observations were made: <ol> <li style="list-style-type: none"> <ol> <li>Two thousand three hundred and fifty eight (2358) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (10) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001. The blue highlighted area in the drawing E720661shows the placement of the fill material in the section 1.</li> <li>The edges of the North, East, West and South walls of the section 2 in basement has probed using the hand probe as requested by client Mr. Terry Polena representative of Jacksonville Demolition.</li> </ol> </li> </ol>
