Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Ram Mogulla visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>One thousand eight (56 loads, 1008 yds) cubic yards of fill material were received and placed for lift (8) in section 2 basement area G7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The material appeared to have been placed and compacted in general accordance with ITP-001.</li>
 	<li>No testing was performed on this day. Testing of section 1 and section 2 is planned to be performed the next day. Therefore no density reports were generated on this day.</li>
 	<li>The approved geogrid and geofabric was installed along the ramp to accommodate the next lift as we gain elevation in the general area. The writer noted the installation was performed with prescribed overlap and was in general accordance with project specifications.</li>
