AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.) During the visit, the following observations were made: <ol> <li>One hundred and twenty-six (126) cubic yards of fill material was received and placed in the basement (drawing E720659).</li> <li>Construction activities were suspended on account of inclement weather.</li> <li>No testing of the material placed was performed on this day. The material placed was visually monitored and will be tested at the completion of this lift.</li> </ol> We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project.
